We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit card payments. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. All credit card transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks.
SALES TAX
Sales tax of 9% will be added to all orders shipping to a California postal code.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Most jewelry and clothing orders ship within 2–3 business days.
If noted, some jewelry items are made-to-order and will ship within 4 weeks of purchase. Because our jewelry is handcrafted, there may occasionally be delays in production.
Clothing items are typically in stock and ship within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail at a flat rate.
Orders totaling over $300 USD ship FREE.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the custom nature of our products, all jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Clothing items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided that items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Customers must contact us prior to returning any clothing items to receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that all sale clothing and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

MATERIALS
Annmarie D'Ercole jewelry is designed and handcrafted at our studio located in Los Angeles, California. Each piece is made using the finest materials. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy in color and size, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
REPAIRS
We will repair eligible items purchased through shopannmarie.com within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that Annmarie D'Ercole Jewelry is not responsible for shipping charges related to repair items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
